That’s the plan. Once Southern IL truck show down is over it will immediately go in for replacement. I’m going to call a couple places on Monday and start getting quotes. You didn't really see anything in there. Just sludge build up.
I'd drive it and pretend there wasn't anything amiss.
I forgot how much people enjoy spending other people’s money on this forum, haha. But I’m here for it. I’ll probably go with Detroit.X3 for TrueTrac. Love the one in our Monte Carlo.
EDIT - I seem to remember someone here having a similar debate between Eaton/Yukon carriers years ago, deciding on the Yukon, then having issues with it. Can't remember who it was and I'm having no luck searching though, sorry!
Could be worse. Your entire dash (what's left of it) could shake with every bump you hit.Just went out and checked. It is looking good. There is a very small gap between the dash cover and the gauge bezel. I will of course notice it right away every time but it is nothing major.
Yup, Burb's is basically held together by the cluster bezel and a bunch of duct tape....Could be worse. Your entire dash (what's left of it) could shake with every bump you hit.
