    i would add a crossmember before you remove the spare tire crossmember, at least place a bar between the notches. and be sure to raise you gas tank while it's out.

    do you want one gauge or two gauges? a single needle will only monitor 1 bag, dual needle will cover 2 bags

    he did that because tahoe's frames hang lower on that back portion in front on the axle

    ^^depending on tire size. if you're running factory tire size on stock 15s you'll have to notch. you can get away with "massaging" the firewall up to a 265/35/22. a/c and heat is no problem but you'll have to relocate the washer fluid reservoir.

    got my tees drilled and tapped, prob wire everything Mon. picked up another grille and started rehabbing it. may polish the front edge, gotta see it on the truck. deven will laugh at this...i redid the gauge panel again. finally happy enough with it :uhoh2:

    you prob already have or already plan on it, but i'd connect this area. pretty sure the back's the same way because it looks like you had to move the plate up due to bag compression.

    c2500/3500 Upper Control Arms

    the angles may be better for the lowered/bagged applications. i know with other tubular arms, the balljoint angles are diff than stock. i didn't have to on my OBS but when laying out my s10 on big wheels, i had to piecut the balljoint mounting plate and angle it done so they didn't bind.
