Here’s my other project. I’ve had a few of these over the years and when this one popped up I had to grab it. 1992 t-top, five speed, 305. I have a mild 350 I’m going to put into it over the winter/spring. Here’s the progress I’ve made on it so far, I’m not doing this to be show quality just decent from across the parking lot and fun to drive.

Back around '97 I bought a bright red '88 T/A with the "performance suspension package" (I think in '89 they started calling them WS6 after the RPO code), and my then-wife got immediately jealous, so we got her a maroon '89 Camaro RS. It had badly-matched wheels on it (stock fronts, and ridiculous wide slot mags in the back) and needed tires so we went straight from buying it to the wheel shop and I let her pick out the wheels. These really were great cars and lots of bang for the buck. Fun to drive. A little down on power by today's standards to be sure, but in a lot of places they're emissions exempt by now so you can have fun a lot easier than back then. I lived in GA at the time and both cars had to pass smog checks each year.
