Yes. I was just looking at those damaged headlight pictures and the yuck that is visible on the outside of the housing.
It might be worth it to try to refurbish a headlamp that's no longer in production / classic / whatever, regardless of the quality of the outcome or the effort involved, but in this case... toss them in the trash.

You’d have to remove the lens. Aren’t they glued on? I wonder how just that lens applied to an original GM light, if reflector surface good would work. Not sure they are exactly the same size, could be though.
