Good morning Guys.
Pedal is in, brake pedal is about 1-1 1/2" closer to the floor. Is this about right?
My Express van is nearly level but it has a newer body style van hydroboost on it and matching master cylinder. When I went away from the low drag calipers it no longer needed the old style master. I like it makes it quicker to get your foot on the pedal if you really need to use it. Standing on the pedal it is still 2-3" off the foor with the engine running. Unlike the old vacuum boost/NBS master combination that was downright dangerous I tried years ago this one has a ton of stopping power. Hydroboost and master were a matched pair for a 2015 Express 3500. The pedal has great response too, does not take much movement to get it stopping well and get on it harder and really hammers down. Can't confirm it in those terms... but on mine it is roughly 3 inches above the throttle pedal.
Level, would be so much better.
