I noticed that my power door trim panels have small speakers near the window and lock controls and wondering how to properly adapt them when I begin the swap? Also, are the lower speakers the same size on both door trim panel sets?

The speakers are the same size. Factory, the tweeters are just wired in parallel. You have to replace the wire harness for the power doors, so they'll already be wired correctly.

Update… I received the driver door switch with power Windows’s, locks without power windows

I was more difficult to find but found it at car part. It was off of a 3500 dually

I need to remove some stains on the lower cloth portion of the trim panels, is this cloth portion removable?
Would a carper cleaner & drill brush be ok to clean the cloth portion of the panels?

Am I missing the part that works the power lock? What else do I need for this panel? (I have the regulator)
