Welcome from Florida, That's a really nice looking truck!

Put a thin metal yard stick flat up against the outside of the existing tires so one end heads toward the top. If it hits the wheel well edge, you're probably going to have to replace the wheels or get narrower tires to do the drop. Mine had similar 15" wheels on it when I got it and I had to replace them for the 4/6 drop.

I'm running 265/65r17's in the rear, and 245/65r17's up front. The wheels are 8". That pic is from before I nibbled the coils to get the nose down. I like how it rides with the taller tires.
Full disclosure :
It does rub the front inner fenders if I drive a little recklessly over railroad tracks.
All fender lips are rolled and the rear of the truck has the full under bed notch and a shock bar to make the shocks straight up.

My old setup...
17 x 8 with 5" backspace on all 4 corners. 255 50-17 front, 275 60-17 rear. FYI the belltech spindles widen the track an inch, or 1/2 per side so a tire taller than 27 in diameter will occasionally contact the outer fender lip. At 5" drop in front my truck never hit .
