I’ve known plenty!Yeah, thats out of my element. Mention a witch, I think Dorothy and Toto.
Thanks. Only time I used it before was in a grill and I kind of neglected it since it was getting high heat paint slathered on it.When I used the Klean Strip on the ‘95 it was a little damp when I checked it the next day. If you rinse it off it will dry fine.
Never a good feeling to find rust underneath the carpet. The good news is you can get away with a great but less than pretty repair.
Nice job on the O2 sensor! I need a pipe wrench…
Yep. It was already black on the flat areas. Likely going it hit it with the primer this evening. It will turn the rust black. You’ll see that when it’s done and dry.
Looks like ServePro was there. “Like it never even happened”!Paint and body guys (and thise of you that are truly commited), let me apologize now. I'm sorry. Things took a turn today due to the heat, humidity, and general lack of sleep.
I wiped the cargo area down with a wet rag after getting home today and it immediately started to flash rust. I of course did the only logical thing and sprayed it with the nearest primer to 'get 'er done'. Its done, needs a second coat to hit the thin spots and a top coat of something that I can cover up.

Don't really want to put the beat up padding back in but am leaning towards it at the moment.
