Hey OBS bros heres my question. I currently run efans on my 96 GMC. I wanted to switch them to OEM ones from 03 or newer. I installed them legit with new relays temp switch. But i noticed the fans i bought only have one speed. So when i turn on my AC motor tends to get a little bit hotter than what im used to seeing. What will happen if on top of getting the new efans if i run one also for the condenser. Besides the Amps. Pic of my GMC

That pulled air is flowing through the condenser first., how much warmer , are fans controlling heat?

The motors themself are single speed 12v motors. GM uses a 3-relay setup and commands relays on to put the motors in series, each running @ 6v for low speed and in parallel each running @ 12v for high speed. If you have them wired directly to a relay or relays in parallel both are on high speed.

Those GM fans did not cut it on my 97 when I tried to run them over 10 years ago, the clutch fan cooled a lot better and my ac was colder with the clutch fan.

My 99 Tahoe came from GM with the auxiliary pusher fan and it did make a noticeable dofference compared to my brothers 99 Suburban that lacked it. We installed the pusher fan on his Suburban as well. The AC cooled better in the Texas summer heat and humidity with the pusher fan. The pusher fan knocked about 30 psi off the ac head pressure at idle compared to not having it running.

Is there a diagram for the way GM has the 3 relays set up ?

Wonder if the currently installed efans are wired to activate when the AC is switched on, or is the temp probe the only thing controlling the fans.
