Hard to tell but, it looks like you're burning water, maybe a blown head gasket or cracked head or block. Here's what mine looked like with a blown head gasket.

I would agree, either a blown head gasket or a cracked head. The rust is a sign it was burning coolant.

How long since the engine ran? Has it been in storage or just sitting not running for a time?
