Suspension springs

How would I tell if my suspension springs on the front end of my 99 3500 need replacing? I just replaced the shocks and am wondering if there’s any “test” to tell if the springs should be replaced.

Is it a K or a C ? As in model K3500 or C3500.

Front springs don't really go bad. Rears can become sagged or cracked, if the truck has been overloaded.

Yes you can replace the front springs. Dunno how they would have gone bad inless overloaded somehow
