I need the bolt and nut for this part of it. I have the nut that goes into the fender well arear
Okay that one has a 12mm head or 10mm, don't remember for sure since it's been a while since I pulled a box. There should be a sheet metal speed nut in the appropriate hole in the fender. I have a box for Burb but haven't installed it cause I need to replace the washer bottle too. Easier to install this stuff with the grille off, and I'm yup for that in the summer. We hit 100° officially yesterday, prolly will today too.

Ouch 100 degrees is not fun weather for working on cars.
If you have spares I can use them
Here's a couple of pics I took this afternoon, of the area where the box will go on Burb. The box is interchangeable with the auxiliary battery tray, and attachment is the same.
I found that I do have a set of the nut and bolt for the box attachment, that's original GM hardware (used of course) and I went to O'Reilly's and they have a service replacement. You have to buy the nut and bolt, and the metal speed nut that goes in the fender, separately though, but you do get a few of each piece. I thought I had hardware for each storage box I had to sell, but only found one set.

I appreciate your time on this!
If you are not able to part with the set you have at least I can go to O’Reilly’s with this information. I’m guessing it’s in their help section?

That looks a lot like the thing I was asking about here: https://www.gmt400.com/threads/what-is-it-where-does-it-go.68102/

Yes it's in the spinning racks. The threads are 8mm x 1.25 pitch. The boxes are $4.59 each. I may just go get some when I get the oil pressure sending unit tomorrow.....
Had to get up way too early to deal with a family situation. Hopefully I can work on the truck tomorrow morning.....

Could be. In your picture you can see the button filling in the hole, to the left, and the speed nut in the fender. GM's modular design makes it where the box or battery tray can fit here.

Ok lol not having luck with the storage box…i have the new bracket but not sure where it hangs on? Also, is this where the holes gets drilled on the fender well? It has an indenture, maybe that’s the marking?

The later model trucks have a bracket that goes from the core support to the inner fender which also serves as a support for the storage box. The charcoal canister is closer to the engine, mounted to that bracket. Like 454cid mentioned, the later canisters are rectangular instead of round. Since your fenders already seem to have the mounting locations you should be able to just get one of those brackets, drill a few holes, and either relocate the canister or convert it to the rectangle style
This must be the bracket I need is my guess?
