I have the 1st generation actuator and it is not available anymore - Front Drive Axle Actuator - 26013495 (1st design, deprecated, w/axle codes ZLZ, ZGT, ZHY, ZKS, ZKY).
I think this is the 2nd generation actuator which is currently available: Front Drive Axle Actuator - 26060073 (2nd design, stamped ZKS, ZLW, ZXS, ZLY, ZXN, UM1, ZD2, ZWA, ZWB).
I think this is the matching harness for the 2nd generation actuator: Front Drive Axle Actuator Harness - 88959465 (replaces 12376316, stamped ZLS, ZLT, ZLW ZLX, ZLY). This is the harness I believe I currently have: 12376316 - (88-96I K1,2) AXLE CODE; ZLS, ZLT, ZLW ZLX, ZLY.
I found some markings on the parts below and they are in the attached pics:
Front Wheel Drive Shaft (x2) - 26062613
Front Differential Housing - 15572992
Front Differential Carrier - 26033234-4

Almost all of this information came from Internet sources. Is there anyone here who can verify this sounds right before I start buying parts? Left to right:

1 - Front Differential Housing
2 - Front Differential Housing
3 - Front Wheel Drive Shaft
4 - Front Differential Carrier

Also, is there any way to determine the ratio using this information?

Yeah all that, when just a simple “1988 K1500, need actuator” would’ve worked. It just makes it easier to get help. Seems like they are readily available though.

"Signatures" don't show up on mobile devices.

I second what @Caman96 stated. Help us help you...

This is the worm gear adaptor I bought for my '88 to eliminate the worn out TLA

They do, but the user has to turn the phone horizontally.
My mind is blown. I never knew it would go to the full page view, I always assumed it stayed on the mobile version.

As far as actuators go, I tried to install the updated electronic one but due to it being faulty I never got it to work properly. Ultimately wound up going with a Posi-Lok cable kit, I like it quite a bit, but the install was a little bit of a pain; having 2Lo is very nice when it comes to trying to push trailers around.

I have used the Posi-lok kit on a couple of trucks, after getting stuck in two feet of snow at Lake Tahoe twice, because the actuator wouldn’t work. The posi-lok has never failed me.
