Rear bumper rattle

Hi yall I’ve got a 1997 Tahoe and I’ve noticed the rear bumper rattles on the right hand side but not the left all of the bolts appear to be there and tight but I can’t seem to figure it out. Any ideas? Also don’t know how to add a video but here’s the link to my Reddit post

Appear don't hunt. Get the wrenches out check em. Give the bumper a good kick to simulate road action. Have receiver hitch? Check the hardware. Bang on everything figure out what's loose.
