I have a 94 extended cab with the 350/5.7 TBI with the 4L60e, I was putting a carb engine in a 94 State Police car for a customer, he wanted everything not needed removed, wiring and such, even the computer, I swear I only changed the box, nothing else, didn't open it up, but I did notice more off the line power, maybe a little longer interval in shifts, everything else still works 11 years into it being in my truck now

What GM vehicle was it? If it had a police or law enforcement option it would have performance upgrades. Curious as what model it was.

It was a 94 Caprice, was a state police cruiser, removed all the stands and holder for locking down the shotgun, but had another guy do the wiring harness, but did notice the difference in it

1994 caprice would have had an LT1, not a TBI 350, that ended in 93 . and check out these guys if you are interested in tuning and **** yourself.

I read all 21 pages to see this thread has pretty much died on the vine!!!

OldSchoolEFI still active?

I have some plan for my recently acquired 1995 GMC Z71 C1500.

No specs yet, just an idea on a direction;
Cam (truck/RV with a little thump)
Headers
TBI spacer plate
Maybe head work

Might up grade the pistons
