I bought a nice bowtie oil fill cap from proform/gmpp @ advance for them, but someone forgot to mention the oil fill for those covers is screw in like stock. However if you buy those covers in a kit from summit it has a push in oil fill, but the one hole is bigger, they are listed to be all 1.25 and one is 1-3/8, not 1-1/4. So I had to take back my nice oil fill cap and breather and order new ones.

The cap aint round like that either, it's more flower like shaped, like the stock oil fill cap in the valve covers. So it'll match the oil fill cap I just ordered, which starts round 2.....

yea lift has to wait, once I can get some tires, then I'll do the lift. The tires being the most expensive, if I get the lift first I'd want it put in and then it'd look really stupid with my tires, it already looks dumb with them on it lol. So if I get tires first, more reason to get the lift, and if they don't fit even more reason.

Plus it was christmas and birthday money, only got about a buck fifty. That ALMOST would have got me a body lift, a used one it would have.

Not to mention their prices went up, the valve covers were $36 when i bought them and the air cleaner was almost $20 it was like $19.95 or something. I've wanted the chrome stuff since I took the motor apart, but didn't have the cash then, and now I need to adjust my valves a little more so good excuse lol.
