The shop I use does mandrel bends in house up to 3”. I had them do true dual 3” stainless on my 2012 gmc 2500 6.0 with speed engineering long tubes and dual 2.25” on my Yukon with the same headers. For my 92 turbo project I was doing a single 3.5” so I had to buy the mandrel bends and have them weld it all together as thier mandrel bender can only do up to 3”. Being a single turbo I was doing the first single exhaust I’ve ever done lol and needed the flow of a 3.5” vs a single 3”.I've never seen an exhaust shop that could mandrel-bend.
Around here, every shop crush-bends. I have to buy mandrel-bends from Summit and weld 'em together.
How much would a full exhaust cost without downpipes and headersThe shop I use does mandrel bends in house up to 3”. It varies so much. I paid $500 for Y pipe back single in dual out. 4 years ago I paid $300 for the same job.How much would a full exhaust cost without downpipes and headers
