The ZZ620 is the "low" end 572, I've never seen a 502 block that comes with 620 hp from GM but maybe I've just missed it.
The ZZ502 comes with 500-510 hp at the crank. I mean, there are definitely ways to get it to 700 hp, at the point that you're dropping 9k on a new crate engine adding another few grand for forced induction shouldn't be an issue.
A big enough shot of nitrous would get you there temporarily, but since you said it's not for the track that doesn't help you.
If you're getting a used engine from somewhere I doubt it'll be anywhere near 500 hp starting out, which makes things complicated.
What else are you doing to your truck to handle the hp? (rear end, transmission, frame)? Even at 500hp/580 lb-ft that's a significant jump from stock, enough to make some components very unhappy lol.
