Install the correct 4WD oil filter adapter instead of the 2WD adapter, and run the stock size filter.

One for my 93 is only available used afaik. Not sure about the 95?... Ho humming around about using the 2wd Melling adapter with a shorter filter because I'm not convinced my bypass valve is working correctly even after cleaning...idk...used one could be sketchy?
There was a thread here about people having success going that route?

The adapter for the horizontal, smaller filter has two bypass valves. One if the oil cooler gets obstructed. And one if the filter gets obstructed.
