Crank pulley sticks out past all other accessories

The photo you should have shown would be from underneath looking at the crank pulley and harmonic . If you have the correct 92 pulley installed, then the issue is your balancer. Wrong year, not fully seated, that's your focus.

Lol. The fan is backwards. It's a propeller, similar to an aircraft wing. The the arched side convex should travel in the airstream first. Like an ice cream scoop. Just remember cutting through the air like a scoop or a spoon.
