Brake line help

I have a gmc c2500 1995 need help figuring out the axle clip, one clip is broken anyone have any ideas on replacing it ?

If you can't weld a new one on, maybe hold it to the axle tube with a large worm clamp?

The capscrews holding the diff cover usually take a 13mm socket, but on that diff I think a 12mm socket would work just fine.

The good thing about those brake lines is you don’t need clips as they are rusted to the axle!
