I have had the truck for 3 years now and this has only been an issue since replacing the brake system. Did the brakes back in May and changed mc, pads, rotors, drums, shoes, hardware, hard and soft brake lines, new prop valve as I removed abs. Also replaced all steering components as well as ball joints and bushings. This is when problems started to arise. All the parts were new (not reman) at first and the issue was way worse. Switched to remanufactured calipers and it improved dramatically.

My calipers sit similar to the ones in the photos above however I am able to move the caliper front to back and up and down by hand. After greasing the slide pins, the movement has all but stopped.

If you could move it up and down, that is not right.
