AWD 99 2 Door Tahoe Build

Seeing your build gives makes me want to finally get started on mine. I have a 96 2dr 4wd and planned on swapping in a awd setup from a 06-07 SSS and pair it with a LS and 4l80. Keep up the hard work.

It’s absolutely worth it! That was my initial plan but got turned off by the cost of those SS Tcases. Honestly this would have probably been more practical with an LS in it as well, but I just couldn’t help myself, the cubes were too tempting

Finally got the rear bumper and windows put in/on. Never regretted putting a body lift on as much as I did while trying to reattach a stock style bumper. Had to cut off bumper mounting locations from frame at the junkyard and weld them back on. Getting it to align was definitely not a fun time.
