Working on a 99 suburban OBS and swapped a LS into it. Working on the fuel system and used a Areomotive regulator. I can make the factory pump run and it slowly builds pressure to 43psi. But as soon as the pump is off it goes back to zero. The 454 did run prior to the swap although I did not drive it or run it past idle.
I’m wondering if the pump is shot and letting the fuel back feed loosing pressure. Or if the regulator is bad. No matter how I turn the adjustment it is 43 PSI. Anyone seen this before?
