99 gmc yukon slt

I'm wondering as I'm pulling off the bezel of my 99 yukon and noticed there's not a passenger seat belt switch so I went ahead and continued to go on with my job, next to the instrument cluster are 3 different plugs wrapped up. Can you possibly tell me what these are for?

Optional Yukon equipment, likely rear window wiper, fog lights, and something else not coming to mind at the moment... These trucks mostly used the same or similar wire harnesses for various trim levels so some trucks use those connectors, while others don't.
