Ok so I’ve got my my spectra sending unit and walbro pump. Aside from the hose and sock not being installed yet, do I have it assembled correctly? The cylindrical black rubber piece on the bottom of the pump came with the walbro, which is for adapting it to the unit. I just don’t know if I need that extra part below (that came with the sending unit)

Is this the right orientation for the sock?

It’s kinda tough to tell from that photo, but the longer end towards the float.

Ok, I think I’ve got the sending unit and pump fully assembled. Longer end of the sock is facing the float, and I made sure the wiring harness doesn’t interfere with the float’s travel. The sock just slides onto the bottom of the pump right? I just pushed it in as far as I could.
