1994 k1500 Clutch slave cylinder torque specs

I have to replace my clutch slave cylinder but i can't find the torque specs. Can I just snug it down?

In the repair manual section " replace clutch slave " it will the torque value in the r&r section. And or the end of that section a page Torque Specifications item name . There is also general hardware torque by size in section 0, zero or section 1 a chart.
