I don't mind. We're yanking the interior on the C3500 soon, so I can cut and weld up the new transmission tunnel. I am also trying to find someone to refresh the trans, since it has 180K miles on it. Sad, most shops are like " I have too much automatic work to mess with manuals these days".

My son plans to use it to haul a garage trailer for his dirt bike racing affliction and we both love this body style since the first truck he road in was my 1998 Burb 2500. When I said rust free, I meant it. Most of the chassis has original paint on it. We're going to clean up the body...
