O2 sensors don't work after 0411 swap L31 Vortec

So if I understand correctly, I just did the 411 swap into my K3500 with a 7.4( actually a 461 now) and it will fire up but pops and runs HORRIBLE. Tried numerous tune parameters from a 2002 Express 5.7 BIN. I have headers with no rear O2 sensors and the upstream O2s that came stock in 99'...

0411 tune help for 7.4L

im going to go thru and verify all the wiring on the pin out. i Know that some of the descriptions on the spreadsheet were for the 8600 GVW and mine is 9600 so I don't know if that changes things much. I have tried leaving them as they were in the 350 to see if it would fire up, I tried...

0411 tune help for 7.4L

I rebuilt the 454 in my 99' k3500. Mild improvements included .030 bore, a howards cam (.555/.555 218°/.226°) , headers, and southbay 42lbs@ 43.5 psi injectors. I got it to start right off and run using the original black box but it was really rich. I performed the 0411 swap and used a bin...

5.7 vortex build

New member here looking for assistance. Im having trouble getting a modified 454 to run following a 0411 swap. Im using tuner pro and it will fire up but barely runs. Is this something you could assist with L31Max?
