Beef up front end parts

Check to see if a 1 ton front end parts are any beefier. Just a thought, I'm not sure if they are beefier or will bolt up though

Ok first of all i would like to say to 97c1500 post i never said i am not running a cat. I just said I am getting a Y-Pipe for a '93 because it doesnt have a cat on it already which jumps the price up like $100 when i can get a Y-Pipe for a 93 for $50 and then get a high flow cat. I just wanna...

Truck looks good. And I like a completely blacked out truck and don't like a lot of chrome but thats just my opinion

tire size ?

Ok i havent done this so im competely going off of what I know about this truck, but a 315 is about 34.5 inch tire. Your stock tire size is about 31 inches. so guess from those dimensions and cranking the t-bars it wont work with out a lot of trimming. Add about 3 inches to your stock height and...

nitto mud grappler question

Just something to throw in there if you want a good offroading tire but has great road mannerisms then might also wanna look into the BFG All-Terrain. Just my $0.02 but they have done great for me in mud, snow and on the road. Take a long time to wear. And are decently priced.

The Stupid Lift Questions Thread

Stock shocks will work just fine with a Body Lift. A body life literally means it lifts the body and has no effect on your suspension. And Bilsteins are a good shock, I would stick with them, or get some Rough Country, or Rancho shocks

15 inch wheels will they fit?

So I am thinking a 15x8 with 4 in backspacing will be fine. Anyone out there running that currently and would let me know. Thanks for all the help

Ok well here is the deal. I have searched high and low on numerous sites if a 15inch wheel will fit our trucks (I have a 97 Chevy 1500 Z71). I use to have a ZR2 with 33s on a 15 inch rim and totaled that truck. So I have a set of brand new 33 inch tires for a 15 inch rim. I would like to not...
