    my 98 stepside project

Well I have only ever had billets on mine since it was bagged, but I do believe they will tuck. Mine are 22x8's with 5 3/4 backspace to clear the upper curved stepside without touching when layed out.

Well a new to me 97 drop spring issue

I get the upper end of the spring centered around the steel fingers(as I call them) in the spring pocket, and then bring the LCA up to meet the bottom of the spring, then index the spring in to the LCA pocket correctly then bring the LCA and spring up with a big floor jack, never had an issue...

How to bag that truck of yours

My issue is pinion change throughout travel and eating up ujoints if you don't drive at the height that the pinion angle is spot on.

    Maybe I'm a idiot....

On my truck I can have the front up and back all the way down and the frame does not touch the ground either, only when the front is low or close to the ground, I boxed all my frame and relocated all mounts to the inside, so when it lays out, it is flat on the ground.

    Gas tank size

Normally from the factory shortbed trucks had a 26 gallon and longbed trucks had a 34, at least the 20 or so I have owned have all been that way.

Nfamus 3 link. Get it on air.

No I didn't build his, and I build them in place on the truck, because it gets built to match the needed pinion angle that the particular truck requires. I could do it for you, but I am located in central Arkansas.

Nfamus 3 link. Get it on air.
