    I would keep the shim on the rearend and put the block between the leaf and shim, that way the block stays nice and flat against the leaf.

    I used the PRND321 wiring on the 95 as well, not from the LS harness, I removed all of that from the ls harness.

    Removing cats on a 99 2500

    The only way to make absolutely sure the service engine soon light doesn't come on with removed cats is to have the rear 02's turned off in a custom tune in the ecm. I have used non foulers and premade 02 spacers, sometimes with good luck sometimes not.

    Yeah just compress the front as much as possible and remount the upper shock mount at that point with the shock fully compressed too.
