oil pressure and fuel tank gauge

Nearly all the SBC's I have had run 60 psi oil pressure cold, around 35 ish hot idle, and 50-60 hot on the highway, even with 250k miles, I would say if your dads truly has nearly no oil pressure when hot then the motor is near the end of its life with a lot of clearance around bearing journals...

    Project crew cab conversion

Moved to my thread, the plans are to completely remove the 4wd parts and frame, install new highly modded 2 wd frame as it will be bagged on 22's, it already has a 300 hp crate 350 in it, and a complete Escalade front clip and I already did a weld on roll pan, oh also I bought all the seats...

    RideTech 4-link Conversion on a 4WD?

I am not a transmission expert by any means, but I would say it would probably be fine, I have owned a bunch of trucks with 4L80E's, they are one of my favorite automatics.

    RideTech 4-link Conversion on a 4WD?

A watt's link on the rear would be great also instead of a pan hard bar. My 4L80e has kevlar clutch's and bands, Transgo HD 2 shift kit, and higher stall convertor, I have no idea about the front of a 4wd so I can't help there.

    Fuel pressure regulator & gauge

For the gauge I use this one, it also allows direct hookup to a laptop for data logging. It is nice! http://www.jegs.com/i/Innovate-Motorsports/540/3795/10002/-1?parentProductId=774546

3, 4, 6, 912 link? What is best for me?

For my 2 cents, I would use a nice heavy wall parallel 4 link and and a long panhard bar with coilovers, for what you are wanting, it will ride good, have great articulation, it will plant the tires very well, also it will keep the pinion angle under control better than a lot of other systems...

    RideTech 4-link Conversion on a 4WD?

I have used that kit before and yes it would work, but I would suggest using a beefier 4 link than that for a 4wd that is going to see some off road action, just my opinion.

NO LOW END POWER, TERRIBLE ACCELERATION... HELP???

It's not a complicated system, but you just can't set the cam retard offset without a good live data scanner.

to bag or not to bag, that is the question :O

I love a bagged truck, but only one that is bagged right, there are 10 hack jobs out there for every 1 that is done right.

    NBS Question

Yes you can go 4-4 also, and if you are doing that kind of power then I would build my own weld in notches and plate the frame around it as mentioned. The frame would stronger than stock even notched.
