AC delete on ‘96 5.7 Vortec - Belt questions

I believe the pulleys were 125 mm and 127 mm. The belt is in good shape and hasn’t been changed and I figured the tensioner on there had enough give to support the larger size. I have isolated the squeak to the bearing in the pulleys, with both pulleys squeaking, not the belt itself. If I spray...
