    I actually have that brace for both sides (which I picked up after buying the truck) but they're disconnected because the truck is also missing the brackets on the motor mounts that they would mount to.

    Thanks for the reply and I guess I get that... But wouldn't I also want some stabilization there? I'm currently on the hunt for a prefab crossmember that would support both the transmission and the transfer case... Anyone know of something like this on the market?

    Yeah I've definitely been trying to figure this out. Everything seems to look alright visually anyway. I took a picture of my setup to show because I was a little confused... Transfer case mounted where the transmission should be mounted???

    It's with the vehicle stopped. The noise seems to go away when it's moving.

    "in neutral" as in the transfer case is in neutral.
