1993 c1500 step side swap for fleetside

I have a 1993 c1500 step side 2wd. I want to put a fleet side bed on it. Anyone know what size fleet side bed I need to find to do this? Will a standard short bed off any c1500 work? I didn’t know with it being step side now if it’s a weird length or not. Thanks!

Straight swap, short bed for short bed. They only had 2 common lengths of beds back then

**edit** you may have to lengthen the filler hose for the gas tank with a piece of rubber hose

Just get the filler neck w/hoses, and the rear bumper, from the fleetside donor truck.
