My order for 30 pieces of Aptiv/Delphi part number 15366052 showed up today from Nexus Electronics, and I'm very happy to report that they are the correct part for this application! Swapping them out is a very simple job, you can do it without disconnecting anything. Just use a small flat head screwdriver (I used a jeweler's model that was very skinny) and pry upward on the little bottom retainer while holding pressure backwards and they pop right out of the connectors.
The original has seen better days...

If anyone needs some of these let me know, I'm keeping at least 10 or so but I'd be happy to sell off some of the surplus. I'd imagine they probably fit a bunch of GM stuff from the early 2000s.
