I would definitely change the cabin air filter and if yours doesn't have one then you need to take out the blower motor to clean all the dirt and debri clogging up the fins on the evaporator coil. Theres lots of youtube videos on this procedure and a clogged evaporator coil will not only restrict air flow but also deminish heater and air conditioner performance
