I have a set that look the same except maybe not as tall.
Took them off a truck that owner had installed at a dealer in 1995.
They are clamp on cover the bumper and we’re notched out for the impact strip.

Not sure you're going to be pushing much with those pictured above, more of aesthetic bumper guard like square bodies had.

Right? Better off with a set of those grandpa dock bumpers the Suburbans often came with from GM. Just a big plug of hard rubber.
Strangely, my '94 GMC C1500 was decked out from GM with those, and tow hooks, too.

IIRC the smaller rubber ones are "factory option" and the taller ones are aftermarket accessories.
