Well since my last post I have converted my ext cab to a crew cab, I ended up adding 13 inches and 1/8 to the frame. And everything lined up and bolted up perfectly, no building body mounts or relocating things at all. My only problem is figuring out a drive shaft set up. I originally wanted to keep a 1 piece unit. (I despise carrier bearings) but after a conversation with Chattanooga drive line I would be looking around 1k just for the shaft, and at that point I would rather suck it up and buy a two piece. Only problem is I’m having a hard time finding one for a crew cab k1500 4l60e short bed. Does anyone know what shafts interchange between the crew cabs? Does an extended cab long bed have the same shaft set up as crew cab short bed? Any and all help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!

ECLB wheelbase is 1" different than CCSB. 1 is 154" the other is 155". Of course then there are different lengths for the 60 vs 80. Your only off the shelf option will be from a Centurion, and even then they may have had a custom cross member in an odd place to support the carrier bearing. I don't think you're getting away with a 1 piece unit. Better to measure what you have and see if an ECLB or CCSB shaft will work for you.
