I have a 92 Chevy Cheyenne C1500 std cab, long box, 2WD, 4.3V-6. Will a 350 small block bolt right in?

No. Engine mounts are way different.

Look at the various threads by DeCaff2007 to see how much trouble you can get into.

Yes, it can be done. No, it's not as easy as folks think it is.

Bolt in with new V8 mounts, sure.
Run without doing more work, no.

As @Schurkey said, not quick and easy. Use the search function and lookup the name he gave you, lots to read.
