I'm wondering if anyone has tried tbi spacers and if there has been any performance increases? Are they worth it?

Ya...I got one on my 91 5.7.
Don't really know if it actually works as advertised with HP gains. But it makes a nice squeak when I get off the throttle.
I put headers and a K&N FIPK on at the same time. So I'm sure there is some gains, or I just justified the amount of money spent in my head that they have to work! Lol
I know on carb motors they make a dyno proven gains, but as for TBI, the fuel is already coolish as it gets sprayed. So maybe a little bit of gain.
WHICH "TBI" spacers?
The spacer between the injector pod and the main body?
Or the spacer between the main body and the intake manifold?
