I watched a documentary on a problem area in Philly with the drugs. It was wild hearing how the people used to hide and do drugs, like under the city, but they were forced out into the open by new enforcement. Once the exposed drug use was out in the open, enforcement softened, businesses and people started leaving, property values went down, developers came in and brought properties up, policies were enforced again, drug use moved down a couple of blocks and the area was developed real nice,,, and it keeps moving..And the theory is that as long
as the economy continues to weaken, that there will be a corresponding rise in theft/violence?

This is why we bought our 3500hd and F450 in California. They can't be re-registered because they are commercial diesel trucks. The would have been required to have their drivetrains updated to 2010 or newer with all of the emissions equipment. Older commercial diesel trucks are worthless there.As of Jan1st this year, you cant even drive a 2006 or older Semi truck in California
