I want to replace my 3rd brake light gasket and electric board. I cant seem to find any new replacement?

The factory ones have been discontinued for years now. You'll need to either find a good replacement at a salvage yard, or replace the entire thing with an aftermarket LED unit that doesn't look the same.
Be aware that there were two different styles of the factory third brake lights, one for standard/crew cabs and one for extended cabs.
