I think the 99-06 will fit but it may go in "upside down" relative to the GMT400 orientation. Shouldn't matter for the rockers.
Are you planning on adding the 5 switch panel to the website? I'm needing one for the CCSB and yours looks like a much better product than the current ebay offerings.
