eBay seller h_davidson_biker is selling unbranded aftermarket steering column covers at exorbitant prices, basically scamming buyers into believing he is selling like new GM parts, as there is no way any aftermarket unbranded steering column covers would be worth as much as he is selling them for.

Just wanted everyone to beware before you purchase, as I know steering column covers for these trucks are something a lot of people are on the lookout for.

The fasteners definately look OEM, but the covers definately are not, they do not have the casting marks on the inside.

I really want to know where they got those column covers.
Comparing their photos to the cover I pulled from an 04 Astro, I swear they got the molds when they were at end of life, machined off all casting marks, and sent it back into production.
Sort of like those knock-off action figures you used to see in the toy aisle in grocery-stores in the 90's.
I know classicparts.com used to sell them, not sure of NOS or aftermarket, but not for a while now and I've never seen photos of them.

There are aftermarket steering column covers being sold on eBay. He probably bought one of those and then marked up the price two-fold.
