6.75"s will fit the front doors just fine. The tweeters on that component set will probably fit under the factory tweeter grille in the door panel as well with a little trimming.

since you are a 96 I would get these for the rear https://www.kicker.com/51KSC4604 and if your front doors need them as well I would get these https://www.kicker.com/51KSC6504 or these https://www.kicker.com/51KSS6504 it will sound great

if you are going to do the fronts as well this is how to go if you have roll up/manual windows get the coaxials if you have power windows get the componet set

On my 1998 C1500 ext cab I went with Polk DB6501 6.5" components and Polk 4"x6" plates in the back DB461P along with a Kenwood/excelon KDC-X998. Sounds great, but that was a long time ago. The new speaker numbers are 6502 and 462. Already have gear bought to go to the next level with amp, sub and double DIN conversion.
