Your compressor shelled out. Replace the accumulator and the condenser as well. If it's a pickup, that's half the system. You might as well replace the rest of the o-rings.

Thanks everyone. I have everything replaced and held vacuum overnight. Adding freon now.

Everything was going great until the bottom fitting to the condensor sprung a leak.

I replaced this o-ring. Maybe it is the wrong one. It was the same as the black one I removed.

I think I am good now. That must have been the incorrect o-ring. I put a fatter one on and it is holding. It is 65 degrees and I am holding a 25 and 150-170 operating reading. I put about 30-31 oz. in.
The compressor does still cycle off after about 90 seconds and then re-engages in about 30 seconds.

That dang o-ring leaked again today. I have that fitting tight and what looks like the proper o-ring on it. I even put a fatter one than what came with the condenser this time and it blew out again today. Leaked oil everywhere.

One thing I've learned about AC systems... the bulk assortment of o-rings almost never actually has the correct size. Better to get the assortment meant for your vehicle from 4 Seasons or O'Reilly or whomever. Otherwise it's way too easy to get an O-ring that's just a little too small or thin, and blow 4lbs of R134a out of your system right after you think it's all good. And R134a isn't getting any less expensive...

Thanks. I did get the "service kit" that came with several o-rings, oil and the dryer. I also replaced the AC Hose assembly from the compressor to the dryer and the condenser but not the hose on the condenser that I am having the issue with. I'm just going to replace that before I dump more oil and freon into this. Again...
