OKC Pull-A-Part has three. At least one of them should have a washer tank. I think all three had the fender, and I believe the headlights hadn't been robbed from all of them.

Used tires only after inspection
Make sure the D.O.T number shows the tire is under 5 years old. Tread at least 50 percent.
(Working in the dealer I had seen customers bringing in cars with tires 6 years older than the car *fly by night used tire shops one of the things that frustrate me* )
