Crutchfield… they’ll list and probably sell an adapter(s) almost certainly.

Or Google “1999 Tahoe radio harness”

I found one on crutchfield that looks like it would fit but I’m still not sure 100% I would hate to order something and find out it isn’t the right thing and then have to wait longer to put my new radio in

The wiring diagrams are in the service manual. You can download a .pdf here on GMT400

Maybe someone will reply with their own experience.

Google is your friend.

Spent a few moments in the '99 FSM, and after looking at a couple of Entertainment Connector End Views,
I think I found a match:

Now that we have the part number #12047531, the next step is to test the validity of the
part number in the FSM. (Trust but verify) Here's a photo from a web page that had the
best quality photo:

Looks pretty close over here. Obviously the matching male connector
will be a different part number, but easily found with a bit of googling.

Of course buying a raw connector like this you will need to do the pinning.

A better solution might be to contact Crutchfield and ask if they can
cross-reference what they are offering for sale to this part number.

If you haven't already downloaded the '99 FSMs as Nitro Junkie suggested,
I would do so at your earliest convenience. (See reply #77 for the '99 FSMs)

If you take full advantage of what's in those manuals, they take a whole
lotta guessing out of the equation.

Hope you find this helpful. As well as showing others where they can
get these need-to-know wiring diagram connector part numbers.

Cheers --
